Serenity Press is passionate about creating beautiful books and delivering them to readers in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

We aim to keep our customers informed about the progress of their orders and any delays in dispatch and delivery. We aim to respond to website questions/requests about orders within 24 hours during normal business hours. 

​

In the case of editorial submissions, we aim to respond within 3-4 months of receipt of authors' submissions. Please take note of submission guidelines and FAQ before submitting to us.

Wholesale Inquiries

If you are a retailer, we would love to work with you on stocking our beautiful books. We offer generous discount terms to bookstores. To find out more, visit our Contact page or click the button below. Alternatively, just complete the Trade Order form and send it to publisher@serenitypress.org

This privacy policy sets out how Serenity Press uses and protects any information that you give Serenity Press when you use this website. Serenity Press is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may update our Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
